I was on the hunt for a job as a recent B.tech graduate from the state of Uttarakhand when I came across Revature on their YouTube website. After doing some research on the organisation, I discovered that they provide training in emerging technologies such as big data and Java to fresh graduates to improve their technical abilities in line with industry demands. Because I was aiming to enhance my technical skills in the field of Python development, my interests quickly fit with Revature’s, and I chose them without hesitation.
I had previously attempted and cleared many interviews, but their pay was not competitive, so I chose Revature as my first career step. The interview went smoothly, and I was primarily questioned on DBMS and OOPS topics, which made it easier to understand.
I want to specifically mention that the soft skills training sessions have been the most enjoyable moments of my experience with Revature, as they have helped me enhance my communication abilities. Additionally, through weekly quality audits to evaluate individual performances and communication development workshops, they prepare you to be job-ready with hands-on experience.
In terms of culture, the organisation has a very welcoming attitude that helps new recruits feel more comfortable. And, with the help of some skilled trainers who are exceptionally outstanding at what they do, I was able to develop a lot of my abilities during training.
