The 2025 State of IT Survey was conducted by Revature to understand the status of organizations’ talent acquisition and training and development programs, challenges, and plans for 2025. A total of 230 total responses were collected during the month of December 2024 among IT and HR decision-makers at companies with 10,000+ employees. All data was collected in the United States.
